What are the suggested retail prices? |

Retail prices really depend upon your local market but here are some suggestions;
soaps / bath melts - $4 to $7
13ml beauty serums - $30 to $45
13ml aroma oils - $15 to $18
13g facial mud - $5 to $6

To give you an idea of postage costs please see below:
20kg - $176.00 / $8.80 per kg
45kg - $359.00 / $8.20 per kg
71kg - $526.00 / $7.41 per kg
100kg - $670.00 / $6.70 per kg
On average postage costs will double the final product cost. However this will depend on the weight and volume of your order. The larger the weight and volume the less the $/kg due to bulk postage discounts.
However since the product cost is low and it also includes your own label etc, there is a significant mark up available for retail sales. |

What is the minimum order quantity for each item and private label cost? |

There is no minimum order requirement, therefore no need to order large quantities that you are not sure of. You can pick any of our range and it will all come with your own label and company details without any extra charge.
What are your Ingredients and production time and shelf life for all products range?
We do not use any artificial ingredients and preservatives as all our products are natural. As all orders are made fresh to order (since its organic with no preservatives, artificial ingredients etc) production time is 10-12 days from payment. Shelf life is approximately one year. Ingredients for our product ranges come from Australia, South America, Europe and Africa. They are then blended together, labeled and packaged and exported worldwide to over 36 countries at present.
Are your products, including the packaging, gathered and or harvested in a manner that is eco-friendly, fair trade, non threatening to any indigenous endangered plants?
All orders are shipped in sturdy 5 ply cardboard cartons – 21 x31 x41cm with layers separated by bubble wrap. Packaging is recycled material and environmentally friendly. All wooden material are from fair trade sustainably managed plantation farms. All our products do not endanger any indigenous endangered fauna, plants or flora |

Any discounted prices can you offer? |

Product category discounts are based on the total number of items ordered within each product category as well as your cumulative purchasing history. In other words if you continue ordering from us year after year eventually you will reach our maximum discount level… regardless of how much you purchase each time! |

How to order? |

Starting up is quite easy. There is no minimum order requirement, therefore no need to order large quantities that you are not sure of. You can pick any of our range and it will all come with your own label and company details. Thereby creating your own product line or to complement whatever you already retail.
To create your own label, simply email us your logo as a 300dpi jpeg or pdf file and any contact details you need on the labels. Give us an idea of what kind of label you like... for example natural, eco, classy, cool etc... and we will mock up some labels and email to you. Be as fussy as you want, and we will edit and make changes according to your requests. Once again there is no extra cost for all this. We also have a wide range of background images that you are free to use for the labels. |

What payment methods can you accept? |

Payment for any order may be remitted by Paypal, Bank Transfer or Credit card.
For orders valued at less than $5000.00 USD we require full payment in advance. For orders over $5000.00 USD we require half in advance to begin the order with the balance payable upon completion and prior to shipping. |
