No we do not have minimum order quantity for any items with our own label. |

How to start an order? |
| A: |
Simply enter the quantities of the items you require in the price list/order form and then email the form as an attachment. We will then calculate the postage costs and get back to you. You can then decide to edit your order or confirm it. |

Can you produce items with our own label and is there any extra cost? |

There is no extra charge for adding your own label, however obviously the minimums need to be met. |

What is the expiry on nail polishes? |

The expiry date for polish is 1.5 years (if bottle is not opened) and half year if opened. |

What is the shipping cost? |

Postage costs are approx $12-15/kg from our factory in Shanghai to your door. Delivery time is 3-4 days.
Below is an approximate guideline, in short orders of 71kg plus have the most economical postage value.
20kg - $176.00 / $8.80 per kg
45kg - $359.00 / $8.20 per kg
71kg - $526.00 / $7.41 per kg
100kg - $670.00 / $6.70 per kg
Typically the larger the order the lower the cost per kg. For example an order worth around $100 would cost around $100 to post, an order of around $1000 will cost around $400 to post and an order of around $10,000 will cost around $2000. These are just approx costs to give you an idea. Of course the final postage costs will depend on the actual items. We will try to suggest the most economical method to send products to our clients. You can also use your own logistic accounts if you have, such as TNT.
Once you are confident of our products and service you can also consider sending by sea freight which is the cheapest option. We arrange sea freight shipments to be delivered to your door.
Typically orders of over 200kg are best sent by sea. |

Can you ship chemical items such as polish, acrylic liquid etc by air? |

We can send chemical items by air - by EMS. FedEx and TNT however cannot be used. EMS is 1-2 days longer than TNT/FedEx. Non chemical orders can be sent by TNT/FedEx etc |

What is the warranty on your machines? |

Warranty is 1 year for machines and we can offer free replacement if there are any problems within 1 year of purchase. |

Our polishes do not contain any ingredients which are banned in USA/EU/UK/AUS. |

Orders over US$3000 are eligible for 5% discount and orders over US$10,000 are eligible for 11.5% discount. |
